How to Control Your Thoughts
Go and come as you would have heard that one is full of nice people if you can’t find one be one.This is a very strong statement where your core beliefs are challenged when we dislike someone or a situation we forget to think rationally.
Our mind has grown and they see think negative as it is, the innate survival techniques of the human beings to excuse their own deeds and to bestiary of doing it is to believe in being victimized.And this time with an example.
How parts work and what can be done to make it in our favor, as you know makes our way to work in the morning.She looks at the Sunflower and the thought so about how about having these sunflower seeds with me.
And then the next day she thinks about the vacuum cleaner she needs to.Yes honey out of nowhere the next pot pops up into her head that if that Tea Party can do to signal failure I will miss the meeting.My manager will be very annoyed with me.Everybody in the office will think I’m responsible.He was asked on what to handle the client.
They will try to force me out of the job.No one in the office is really in my favor but people talk behind my back and fire about me etc. etc.etc..
Does that sound like a movie.Well that’s what we all do.Guns dropped many movies in our head which has nothing to do with the reality.I really don’t feel miserable about the rest of the day and sometimes more.Just imagine if no one had been aware of her thoughts I could have had the next talk after that train.Or do you say something like I get some chocolate pastry for dinner tonight then negative.
Well I’m not going to be named in the bud itself.Rather than taking over her and making her feel a lot more miserable.These two thoughts are not at all late and that is what you need to do whenever there is negative thinking or thoughts on it.
Just take anything which is completely different and just stop that top top.We do not have much control over the content of the thoughts they just come and go and our senses take up information to our consciousness that we have complete control how we assess our thoughts.
We have to understand to take them for what the parts are.That is parts not reality.So the key is to actually watch your thinking rather than getting caught up in the vortex of the worst parts.Then go on and on it while making you feel bad about the situation or your life in general.Recognize that your parts are not real.
They are imaginary.They were conceived by you thoughts whether positive or negative gained momentum.Only to your energy.The point about your thinking is that once a pop pops into your head and you have observed it you can , then take control and do something about it.Stop negative thoughts.
Time is the way you gain control.Just a reminder again you control your mind.Your mind doesn’t control you.Yet sadly the later is the way that it is for a majority of the.But the good news is you can break out of this trap as you gradually lose jobs and take thinking habit of yours.
When you realize that you are able to step back and be critical about what you are thinking this gives you immense power over your mind.You can choose not to bring in our best drop dead or negative grade.It is you are doing the taking.
